What is a mammal? What are bats? What does nocturnal mean? Where do bats sleep? Where do mother bats raise their young? How do bats fit into the food web? What do Okanagan bats eat? How do they see at night? This hour-long interactive presentation uses props, videos, and sound clips to bring the world of Okanagan bats to life. Join Paula Rodriguez de la Vega, Okanagan Region coordinator for the BC Community Bat Programs to learn about these amazing flying mammals of the Okanagan. Sponsored by the Library and Museum.
