This program is intended for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities and their care partner (paid or unpaid).

We will be decorating jars to collect all of the good memories that you will make during 2026.

Online registration required (spots are limited)

• Please register each participant and care partner as a team of two. Each pair will take up one spot from the online registration counter.
• If one care partner is working with more than one participant, register each participant separately with the same care partner name.
• If you are not sure which participant will be paired with which care partner, enter the name of either the participant or the care partner who you know will attend and fill in the other name as either "client" or "care partner" TBD.
