This program runs most Mondays except: Statutory Holidays, and the 4th Monday of the month.

(On the 4th Monday of the month, another group holds: The Forget Me-Not Cafe, and we do not want to run in competition.)

The Forget Me-Not Cafe is a welcoming space designed for individuals living with memory loss—such as dementia or Alzheimer’s—and their care partners. These cafés offer a relaxed, judgment-free environment where participants can socialize, share experiences, and enjoy activities.
