Summer Reading Club: Ages 9-12

Welcome to Summer Reading Club 2018! The theme for this year is Imagine the Possibilities.

Our Tuesday afternoon programs are designed for a older audience of participants between the ages of 9-12. Join us for challenges, crafts, activities and games, and a chance to win weekly draw prizes!

All Summer Reading Club programs are free and no registration is required. However, we do ask that all parents dropping children off fill out an emergency contact/media release form. Download the form here or fill one out at the library.

Storytime

Wednesday, July 3 - Wednesday, August 21
10:00 am to 10:30 am

This 30-minute program combines both the Preschool Storytime and Toddlertime for the summer! It features puppets, songs, rhymes, fingerplays, feltboard stories, and books. However, there is a greater emphasis on books, on longer stories with more challenging content, and on independent participation by the kids. 

Please note: our August 7 and 9 storytime dates will happen at Gyro Park in the PeachFest Kidzone.

Summer Reading Club: All Ages

Welcome to Summer Reading Club 2019! The theme for this year is Imagine the Possibilities! Drop in on Wednesdays during July and August for an action-filled and activity-packed afternoon with stories, crafts, puppet shows and more.

Lego Club Plus!

Join us to complete challenges or free build at the Library's Lego club with Lego, MegaBloks, Keva, and Qubits! Open to all ages, children between the ages of 5-7 must be accompanied by an adult.

Summer Reading Club: Wrap Party!

We have prizes, we have cake, we have games, we have GIANT games - really, what kind of possibilities don't we explore? Drop in at the library for our final Summer Reading Club program, and costumes are encouraged (for parents as well!).

Did you miss the other programs and are worried about just hopping in for the final event? Don't worry - we always have tons of cake!
